Welcome to SRXV Consultants ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with SRXV Consultants for all collaborations, contracts, or interactions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Healthcare Providers:

Providers must have valid licenses and certifications required in their jurisdiction. Proof may be required prior to any agreement.

1.2 Non-Healthcare Collaborators:

Non-healthcare collaborators must demonstrate requisite skills or resources relevant to collaborative goals.

2. Scope of Services

  • Healthcare consulting
  • Business development
  • Telemedicine support
  • Mental health advocacy
  • Community engagement programs

Specific services will be detailed in individual agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. Responsibilities

3.1 SRXV Consultants:

  • Provide agreed-upon services in contracts or agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared information.

3.2 Collaborators:

  • Adhere to timelines and deliverables outlined in agreements.
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards.
  • Comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

4. Compensation and Payments

4.1 Fees:

Fees for services will be detailed in agreements. Payments are due upon invoicing unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Administrative Deductions:

Administrative fees, including charting support fees, will be outlined and deducted as per agreements.

4.3 Late Payments:

Late payments will incur a 1.5% penalty per month.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. All data will be handled in compliance with HIPAA and applicable laws.

6. Termination

6.1 Notice:

Either party may terminate agreements with 60 days' written notice unless specified otherwise in the contract.

6.2 Immediate Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-compliance, unethical behavior, or legal violations.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, binding arbitration in Nevada will apply.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or our platform.
