No, SRXV Consultants does not provide malpractice insurance for independent contractors. All providers are required to carry their own malpractice insurance before starting.

Proof of Coverage:

Providers must submit proof of malpractice insurance before starting and maintain active coverage throughout the duration of the contract.

Once all required documents are completed and submitted, prescribers may start immediately, provided that all requirements are satisfied.

Earnings depend on your availability, credentialing, start date, and consultation type. Providers typically earn between $500 to over $20,000 per month, based on consultation volume and service demand.

Yes, each patient order includes a consultation for a qualified prescription(s). Prescriptions are issued as a one-time RX per consultation.

If a patient needs a second prescription, will I receive the same compensation?

Yes, you will receive compensation for each new consultation requiring a prescription. The order details will be documented in the EHR, including the purpose of the consultation and the designated pharmacy for processing.

Compensation is provided upon successful submission of the prescription and marking the patient as completed in the EHR system. Multiple orders will be compensated per the terms outlined in Exhibit A of the service agreement.

A follow-up visit is required when a patient was previously denied treatment based on the initial consultation and must be reassessed due to:

PMP (Prescription Monitoring Program) issues

Failure to meet treatment requirements (e.g., out-of-range lab results)

Additional provider review needed before approval

A recommendation may be provided to conclude the consultation.

Why is compensation only $10?

Follow-up visits are not full consultations but rather brief assessments to review prior concerns, updated lab results, or eligibility changes from the initial visit. The lower compensation reflects the reduced time and effort required for these follow-ups.

Yes, you will still receive compensation for reviewing the chart and completing the consultation.

To ensure payment:

Check the patient out in the EHR as denied.

Confirm with the receptionist via email that the patient did not qualify for treatment, also documenting the reason in the patient's chart.

If applicable, indicate whether a follow-up appointment is needed.

This certifies that your time and work evaluating the patient has been acknowledged.

SRXV Consultants utilizes Charm EHR, a secure and user-friendly electronic health records system designed for efficient telemedicine consultations, patient management, and e-prescribing.

Labs are pre-ordered for Testosterone, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and some Medical Weight Loss patients before their consultation.

A licensed pharmacist or medical provider will order the labs prior to the patient’s appointment.

Lab results will be available in the EHR under the patient’s profile.

What if additional labs are needed?

If further testing is required before treatment, the provider must notify the receptionist to arrange for the additional lab work.

Providers have up to one week before the consultation to review medical records and request any additional labs.

If a provider fails to review the record in advance and orders labs during the appointment, the follow-up visit will be at no charge.

This ensures efficiency in patient scheduling and minimizes unnecessary follow-ups.

Prescriptions are sent electronically through your E-Prescription software or via direct submission to the designated pharmacy.

Are prescriptions prepopulated to prevent errors?

Yes, you can copy and paste prepopulated prescription details, including name, dose, and directions, from our Prescriber Resource Center.

This resource will be available upon completion of your enrollment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription submissions.

To begin working with SRXV Consultants, providers must have:

✔ Active Medical License – In good standing.

✔ DEA Certification (if prescribing controlled substances) – Not required for non-controlled medical consultations, making this a great opportunity for providers waiting on or pursuing their DEA license.

✔ E-Prescribing Capability – Providers can use their own system or opt for SRXV’s integrated e-prescription platform (included in the onboarding fee).

✔ Telemedicine Software Access – Provided free through Doximity for virtual consultations.

✔ Minimum Malpractice Insurance Coverage – $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate (proof required before starting).

Once these requirements are met, onboarding can be completed quickly for immediate patient consultations.

To begin working with SRXV Consultants, providers must fulfill the following contract requirements:

✔ $500 Credentialing & Onboarding Fee – Fully refundable after 180 days of active service.

✔ $250 E-Prescribing Registration Fee (Charm EHR) – This can be deducted from the credentialing fee, reducing the upfront cost to $250.

These fees cover administrative processing, credentialing, and system access required for onboarding and telemedicine services.
